Our Nutritionist
Food Enthusiast and Registered Nutritionist (mBANT)
Hi I'm Kayleigh, I am a member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals, forming healthy habits with long lasting results. All too often I see clients struggling with the lack of support when it comes to their health - I’ve been there. Living with symptoms such as irregular bowel habits, heartburn, cramps and flares of eczema. That is why I am here to listen, educate and empower my clients to the root cause of their symptoms instead of using temporary solutions.

What is the Process

Step 1
Completion of health questionnaire & 7 day food diary.

Step 2
Initial consultation for 1 hour - online or face to face.

Step 3
Personalised diet, lifestyle, supplement & testing recommendations.

Step 4
Weekly 30 minute check in calls and food diary feedback
How we Work
Your Nutritional Journey
As a Nutritional Therapist I take into account diet, lifestyle, environmental and emotional factors. My packages are designed to allow time to see positive changes. Weekly catch ups means you stay on track and accountable, giving you the tools to implement the changes we make into everyday life. I work in synergy with other health care providers, such as GPs to ensure you receive the best and most appropriate recommendations.
